Estelle began to get involved with the Forever Angels charity when she went to visit some of her family in Mwanza in Tanzania.
Estelle and husband Scott Maslen started by sponsoring a child and the relationship has since evolved as she is at the moment helping the charity to get celebrities involved for the Forever Angels Ball in London on the 13th Nov with the guest list growing every day, so much so that Hello! magazine are covering the event!
As for her music, we are getting closer every day, we were in the studio with her a few weeks ago and got a nice idea of how her debut Ep is going to sound, gigantic is the word, really looking forward to it! I even hear a video is on it’s way featuring some great cameo’s and Estelle as a sexy ‘1940’s private detective!

Mamma Cadela are an indie instrumental quartet from Sao Paulo which has been going since 2003, adding members to the band over the years and working hard on finding their special sound which they define as follows:
“Our musical aesthetics walk through the profanity and irreverense of Frank Zappa, the experimentalism of Hermeto Pascoal, the contemplative state of Pat Metheny, Tortoise’s descontructivism, the dreamy aura of Pink Floyd and Sigur Rós, Kraftwerk’s mathematics, the playful formality of Nino Rota in Fellini’s Soundtracks and, last but not least, through the psychedelic rock of the 60’s and 70’s.” Ever heard of something like that, I know I haven’t so I would head straight to one of their pages and have a wild listen!!!

If you were in London in September, I hope you managed to go down to Guanabara Bar in Central London to see our own Thiago Correa perform songs from his debut “A Grande Preocupaçao” release and some fantastic Samba-Rock versions of some very well-known tracks. It was a really good night, where he managed to fill the dancefloor with his impeccable style thanks to tracks such as “Charme” and “Tudo Bem”! If you couldn’t make it, don’t worry you can still check some of the pictures (courtesy of our very good friend Artur Curval) out at and of course listen to some of his tracks.
